We have been working with the West Berkshire Training Consortium (WBTC) now for a number of years, and we are really happy to be able to help provide a helping start for young people in our local area.
WBTC is celebrating it’s 40th year and in April we were very happy to welcome 18 year old Jack to the Newbury depot, our new apprentice will be learning the ropes with us and is one of the 15,000 young people that have trained with the WBTC since 1983.
A couple of weeks ago Jack headed to the Arlington Arts Centre for the WBTC award ceremony as he was nominated for the “Great Starter Learner” award, unfortunately he didn’t win but we are so proud of him and hope he will become a familiar face to all our customers.
